Hello people!
Lot of job done, but I don't finished yet!
I've painted the inside of the cockpit, the screens, the buttons and all the other stuff inside off it. I've painted some screens blue, maybe the notification screens and green the radar screen , I've pretended to recreate a radar screen, but I've done everything possible to create that effect, judge yourselves, comments will be appreciated.
I've painted the battle damage too in some of the edges of the ship. First I've painted with black, then boltgun metal, black wash, and highlight with chainmail.
The next step will be the small details on the ship (antennas, the lights and the "aquila" of thee nose), and weather all the ship with black weathering powders.
I'll paint the guns separately because I couldn't paint it well if they are glued to the ship.
Here you are the pictures:
I like how I'm painting it, maybe the next one I'll change the colors order, the white part will be blue and vice-versa.
I hope you enjoyed the pictures, see you soon with the almost complete stormtalon ;)

World Eaters Stormtalon II
Hello people!
Here you are, more pictures of my stormtalon:
I've painted with airbrush all the blue parts, covering the tail spoiler and the rest of white parts with masking tape to protect the white job over these parts. The blue colour is very easy to paint, dark blue, and then two white drops in the mixture, to highlight, easy job, and quicky!
I've also painted the blue parts of the tactical marines (head and backpack) I've also finished them too!
Well see you on next post!

World Eaters Stormtalon
Hi followers!
Due to a lot of troubles and a lot of job to do I couldn't post anything during these days...
At this moment, the three MKIII marines are in stand by because I'm waiting to paint the blue parts (head and backpacks) with an airbrush, because I'll paint it when I have more blue parts to paint, as I said before, paint with an airbrush is an expensive job to paint only these small parts.
While I'll wait for the blue, I've started the painting of a Stormtalon, I like this model and I want two of them in my pre-heresy army.
I've read a lot about the pre-heresy era and heresy and this ship isn't mentioned in any place, I don't know when it's made, maybe during the heresy? maybe later? As I don't know these details, I've decided to include two of them in my army. Is there any place or text telling us that there weren't Stormtalons during the heresy? I don't think so.
Well here you are, the first pictures of the Stormtalon WIP. I've undercoated all of the ship using airbrush, with black, and then I've added white to the mixture and I've painted a lot of layers until the colour is pure white.
The ship is in the first stages of the painting, but you can have an idea of what I'm looking for. I already have a lot of job to do!
Painting with an airbrush is very easy when you got the formula of the paint thickness you can paint during hours!
Well, I'm planing to finish the model this weekend, I'll have time to paint it.
See you soon.

MKIII Tactical Unit: MARINES II
Hello to everyone!
Here I am again! with more updates on those world eaters.
At this moment they're at 60% of progress, I've painted the chest, of all three and the arms and weapon of two of them.
I've painted with airbrush too, from grey to pure white, but I've encountered a trouble due the weathering powders... during the painting I've stained all the model with my fingers full of orange powder, and then I had to clean up the model with a dry brush, and repaint some areas with white again, well I've painted blur effect from grey to white, but with an ordinary brush not with an airbrush.
At the end I've learnt a lesson:
· You can't paint with weathering powders applied on the base, paint first the model separately from the base, apply the powders separately too and then you can join the base with the model.
Well there you are the pictures of my work to this day:
On these last model I've put a melta gun, from chaos space marines, I've tried to modify to a loyal version, but didn't know how a loyal melta gun is.
For now I'll use this melta, maybe on my next forgeworld order I'll buy a loyal heresy melta-guns to change it.
See you soon!

MKIII Tactical Unit: MARINES
Hello people!
Well I've finished the bases an the marines legs. I undercoat with black chaos, and then with airbrush I've painted the white on the armour. I've painted with boltgun metal the rivets and the knee-pad. After all painting task, I've put weathering powder on the legs to create the mud effect. I have to clean a little the base to decrease the orange colour intensity due the weathering powder.
There you are the pictures:
The next step will be the chest, with metals and blue details painted.
See you soon!
